Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the AppFocus website, the AppFocus Partner Portal at appfocus.in/partner, and any AppFocus software licensed to you. By using our services or paying a subscription, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

App Focus — styled AppFocus on this website and in our products — is a sole proprietorship registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Our registered address is No. T-121, Avvai Street, Thirunagar, Jafferkhanpet, Chennai — 600083. In these terms, "we", "us", "App Focus" and "AppFocus" all mean the same business.

2. What we provide

• Custom software development — web platforms and mobile applications built to an agreed scope.
• Licensed products — our production-ready systems (HotelHub, Pay Cabletv, ServiceHub, TradeHub, EventHub, InvoiceHub), which may be white-labelled for your business.
• Hosting, support and updates for licensed products, as agreed.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Licensed products are provided on a monthly subscription. The amount is agreed with you per application before your account is activated, and is shown in your Partner Portal. There is no standard public price list — pricing depends on the product, the size of your operation and the scope of support.

• A due is raised for each active subscription every month.
• Payment is made online through the Partner Portal, or by another method agreed with us.
• Amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We are not currently registered for GST; invoices are issued without GST. This page will be updated if that changes.

4. Non-payment

If a subscription remains unpaid, we may suspend access to the affected application after giving you notice. Your data is retained during suspension and access is restored once the outstanding amount is settled. We will not delete your business data without telling you first.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business and contact details, and keep them current.
• Keep your Partner Portal login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the software lawfully and only for your own business.
• Do not resell, sublicense, copy or redistribute our software without a written agreement.

6. Ownership

We retain all intellectual property in our software, source code and designs. A subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for as long as your subscription is active. Where a custom build agreement transfers ownership or source code to you, that written agreement takes precedence over this clause.

Your data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of the business data you enter, and we will provide an export on request.

7. Availability

We work to keep licensed systems available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Interruptions caused by your own hosting, network, hardware or third-party services are outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the subscription fees you paid us for the affected application in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Material changes affecting your subscription will be communicated to you directly.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
