The problem

The rent is fixed.
The paperwork isn't.

Most landlords type the same invoices into a spreadsheet every month, copy last month's numbers, and hope the sequence hasn't broken. Then a tenant asks for a duplicate from eight months ago, a rent revision quietly rewrites older invoices, and nobody can say with certainty who is behind and by how much. RentHub makes the monthly cycle a few clicks and keeps every past invoice exactly as it was issued.

What's inside

From tenant record
to issued invoice.

Firms, properties and tenants

Own property through more than one firm? Each firm keeps its own GSTIN, its own invoice series and its own signatory. Properties sit under a firm, tenants sit under a property — so a shop, a floor of offices and a godown are all handled the same way without separate files.

Multiple firms, each with its own GSTIN and series
Any number of properties and units per firm
Tenant record holds agreement dates, deposit and rent
RentHub lease agreements — each row links a firm, property and tenant with GST rate, current rent, start and end dates, and an active or expiring status.

Monthly GST invoicing, issued in one pass

Open the month, see every tenant who is due, preview what will go out, and issue — either one at a time or the whole month together. Numbering is gap-free per firm per financial year, so the sequence stands up when it's actually examined.

Rent revisions that don't rewrite the past

When a rent goes up, the new figure applies from the month you set it — and every invoice already issued stays exactly as the tenant received it. The revision history is kept, so you can show when a rate changed and what it changed from.

On the roadmap

Collection is coming next

RentHub issues invoices today. Payment collection is the next module: recording each payment against the invoice it settles — cash, cheque, bank transfer or UPI — so the outstanding list is the real one rather than a figure someone recalculates at month end.

Made yours

Whatever you rent out.

RentHub doesn't assume a building type — firms, properties, units and rent rules are all yours to define.

Commercial complexes

Shops and units under one roof, each with its own tenant, rent and agreement period.

Office space owners

Floors or cabins let to firms that need a proper GST invoice against their GSTIN every month.

Godowns & warehouses

Fewer, larger tenants on longer agreements — with deposits and revisions tracked per tenant.

Multi-firm owners

Property held across several firms, each keeping a separate GSTIN and its own invoice series.
