Service Delivery

AppFocus sells software and services. Nothing we sell is a physical product, so nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges. This page explains how and when what you pay for actually reaches you.

1. Nothing is shipped

There is no physical delivery, no courier, and no shipping fee at any point. All products are delivered electronically, over the internet.

2. How licensed products are delivered

Our systems (HotelHub, Pay Cabletv, ServiceHub, TradeHub, EventHub, InvoiceHub) are delivered as:

• Web access — a URL, plus login credentials for your business, issued by us.
• Mobile apps, where applicable — an installable app or a build supplied to you.
• Partner Portal access at appfocus.in/partner, for viewing and paying your monthly subscription.

3. When you get access

• New setup: access is provisioned after your account and subscription are configured. This normally takes 1–3 working days from confirmation, as each deployment is set up and branded for your business.
• Existing partners: access is continuous. Paying a monthly due keeps your service running — there is nothing to wait for and no interruption on payment.
• Custom projects: delivery follows the timeline in your project agreement.

4. Confirmation of payment

When an online payment succeeds, it is confirmed in the Partner Portal immediately and a receipt is available to view, print or save from your Payment History. If a payment is debited but not shown within a few minutes, contact us with the reference and we will resolve it.

5. If something is not delivered

If you have paid and not received access within the periods above, contact us. If we cannot provide the service, you are refunded in full — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
